The room was clean and well organized. It’s located in the center of Asahikawa so you can have enough choices for dinner.

It's extremely warm, the air con is not working and they provided 2 fans. But there is 2 bathroom.

“Very nice 👍”
It’s not very far from train station but if you bring big luggage, just grab a taxi, costs you less than 1000yen really! 7-11 is just downstairs. Halal ramen shop across the street. Actually a walking distance to the train station. Very good 👍. The many emails they send is just reminders, fret not. Just follow the instructions and you’re good 👍.

Large room good with good facilities. Was good location in town and easy walking access to Snow festival and Ice sculptures on main road.

“We had a pleasant stay with good value of money.”
Despite of bad review given, i found this property is very comfortable, clean & value of money. We had a pleasant stay. We have no issue on no windows as we just need good rest after hectic day. No bad smell as the room well maintained. Surprisingly, our room is much more better than the photos advertised.

It's in an old industrial building with no windows and quite a far walk from the train station. There is no front desk to rectify issues, responses are slow and Booking.com doesn't provide any support either. The unit was clean was about the only good thing we have to say about our experience. I recommend just staying at an established hotel closer to the train station. Likely much better rooms and service. This was our worst experience staying anywhere on our 3 months in Japan.

“Great family apartment and we felt safe.”
Space and proximity to good eating joints Kitchen was well equipped. They have the heater that helps to speed up drying of laundry and a hanging stand. Very thoughtful.
