We stayed at this hotel for 1 night, a family of 10. Excellent hotel, very clean and spotless rooms , very good breakfast & 5* swimming pool. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel and would stay again if ever visit the beautiful city of Sulaimany. Thanks 👍 😊

The breakfast is rich and very good. We find it valuable for money and has variety of options. Iraqi and Arab style breakfast is also available here.

“nice hotel with clean rooms in a great location”
we stayed here 3 nights for a business trip, the location of the hotel is fantastic, in the heart of the nightlife of the town and you can just step out of the hotel and you are in the middle of hundreds of street food/tea sellers and a vibrant atmosphere in the evening, we were given a spacious suit in the third floor which was clean and well equipped. Breakfast is fantastic and it is served in 4ht floor with nice view of the city. there is also a swimming pool in the basement which is not that big and a bit crowded in the afternoon/evening.
