We loved the location and the unexpected style. Staff were warm, friendly and helpful. Parking is excellent and free above ground adjacent to the property. The swimming pool and jacuzzi on 4th floor were lovely, relaxing spaces, as was the bar, where prices and surprisingly sensible. Our room was gorgeous with a fabulous balcony with sea view. However, the staircase leading up and down from it meant that it was a security issue to leave the door open overnight, which proved to be a problem. Staff explained that at this time of year they have no heating and no air con in the bedrooms whilst public rooms were maintained at an appropriate temperature! Our room was stiflingly hot and neither of us slept properly either night. Such a shame with such a beautiful, comfortable room. The spa facilities were poorly maintained with dirt and mould on the ceiling in the area attracting an entrance fee and in the hamman of the oceanic spa. Breakfast was generous, varied, delicious and well worth the money. Overall a lovely stay marred by the sleepless nights.

Entrance and decor very tasteful, room was very good with balcony and view of sea. general cleanliness was poor the outside areas need a thorough wash down. Spa facilities were extra, when paying £300 plus a night you should not have to pay extra to use the spa very disappointing. room service non existent, could not get more tea bags for the room, we were told we would have to wait until the morning. I needed a larger bathrobe, so spoke to a chambermaid, it did not arrive we called room service, 3 hours later a robe arrived, this is poor. We ate out, menu was expensive and restaurant had no atmosphere, First impression was great then the service and cleanliness let the hotel down.

Everything! The staff are all so efficient and friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The room was lovely, great beds and quiet too. It’s in a great location for the shops and restaurants at the port.

The staff was fabulous and did everything to correct a little hurdle we had. The food in general was good with a very pleasant breakfast. We did not book early enough for treatments at the spa but it looked amazing. I enjoyed the pool for a morning swim.

Fantastic location with Atlantic on one side and Golfe du Morbihan on the other. Able to use it as a base for dingy sailing from adjacent marina. Team, bar service and food were both excellent.
