The staff at the hotel was perfect. Food was awesome. Super clean. The downside for me was the noise on the floor. I could not sleep for the 3 first days. There is no isolation in the rooms. I could hear doors opening and closing a few times at night and super early in the morning. The air conditioning super loud too. So, if you are not an easy sleeping… try another floor. I stayed on the 5th floor.

It’s the second time I’ve stayed there… Very expensive for what you get and I felt a little bit like I was being treated like a gringo… They seem to downgrade the room if they can get away with it… I had to argue about the executive suite and the executive suite is not that executive …stay in Guarulhos…better for the money
