This is a short term rental property but believe me it is a home away from home, host Tanina has presented us with a stay to be remembered, amenities like no other, spotlessly clean, European themed which bought back great memories of our travels through those countries. Centrally located to visit the entire coast from Mornington to Portsea but high up in a nature setting, a few hundred meters to to Eagle gondola lift, 6-7 minutes drive down to the beaches, shops, eateries whatever you require. It is so personalised that Tanina went out of her way to advise us on what best to see on the Peninsular. Absolutely loved this property, certainly one of the best we have stayed in in all our travels

Perfect location in the heart of the peninsula and close to the wineries and little towns we love. The house and grounds were much bigger than we expected. It had everything we needed and was stylish and very clean throughout.

The bed was amazing! The location was great - very quiet and easy to get to all the places we wanted to get to. The house is really comfortable, great facilities, clean and a fabulous feel. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and so having a well-styled house made it extra special - much better than some of the bland types of accommodation available. Highly recommend and will go back for another visit.

It's a beautiful cottage, really great location, super quiet at nightwith everything you’d need for your trip. It's very comfortable, clean and tidy. Excellent location and facilities; thanks to hosts for providing tea, coffee, spices, detergents etc. The hosts were easy to communicate with and check-in was very easy.

Comfy, cosy, clean, eclectic, quirky. Heaters on when we arrived. Excellent communication from the hosts. Our fur baby loved it. The living room with electric couch and huge TV was amazing

The property had great living spaces. Stayed as a couple for a cycling trip. Easy access parking area with space for us to get our bikes on/off the roof. The bathroom was an absolute standout with heated floors and a lovely claw bath. Every room was immaculately clean but extremely cosy and welcoming. The backyard was very secure, so perfect for pets. Kitchen was large with everything you need. Great TV and comfy recliner couches. Would highly recommend.

Quirky but stylish design with all the facilities you could want for a winter getaway including a fire. Great central location for exploring the peninsula.

The photos don’t do it justice! Stunning cottage with everything you’d need for a great trip away. Better than any hotel we’ve stayed in. Really great location, super quiet at night and a wonderful morning with all the local wildlife you could want! We stayed here whilst attending a local wedding and it couldn’t have been more perfect.

The property is well presented with everything you need for a stay its very comfortable and in a great location only a stones throw from the Eagle and the breath taking views of Arthurs seat

The accommodation has everything you'd find in a usual home. The kitchen was handy compared to staying a hotel/motel. The backyard was big enough for a pet/kid to run around during the down time. The best part was the living room and bathroom.
