An amazing experience in Johns house !!! This house is a diamond of Artemis,very big /clean with 3 big bedrooms and a full extra kitchen!!! The owner mrs kiriaki is a very pleasant person and helpful with everything would you like !!!! I and my girlfriend hope to visit this house again one day !

The house is spacious, cozy, spotless, and equipped down to the smallest details. The beds are extremely comfortable, and the sheets are soft and smell wonderful. There is private parking right next to the house, and a lovely balcony with a stunning sea view. Most importantly, the owner is the nicest you could imagine ,he took care of everything we needed and was available for us 24/7. Thank you for everything!

John's Apartment is a gem! It is a short 15 minute drive from the airport. The apartment is actually a ground level luxurious house that is impeccably clean and comfortable. It is evident that John puts a lot of love and investment into the house. Sitting at the porch table you have a view over Artemis and the sea. There are 3 bedrooms, each with a double bed. This is a great place for an overnight stay in order to catch a morning flight - or for a few days. John kindly drove me down into Artemis (a short 7-8 minute drive) to an ATM and then to a restaurant for a great supper. He also picked me up after dinner - all at no charge and with a big smile😊.

I was looking for a quiet and relaxing two-day escape, and John’s apartment proved to pe a choice beyond expectation! Bright, luxurious, spacious and so very beautiful, nestled in a peaceful green scenery, this incredible apartment offered me complete satisfaction and serenity. 🙏 With shiny wooden floors and all the amenities anybody could possibly need, this spacious house is equipped with every comfort, even an electric awning, ensuring you don’t get tired to lift a finger for it. Being alone, I sank myself into the huge sofa and enjoyed hours of entertainment on the smart TV, relaxing in total comfort. For anyone who may afford its price (either a single traveler or a family), it is a choice you won’t regret. Particularly ideal for travelers arriving from the airport, as the Green Hill area is the most peaceful and closest area of Loutsa (Artemida), only a 10’ drive away from airport with various houses perched on the hill offering incredible view of the sea and total serenity. Choosing John’s apartment is simply 🌟TOP-NOTCH🌟. PS. Car is prerequisite for the area. 🚗

Property was very spacious and comfortable. Many amenities provided by the host (ironboard, iron, etc). Also a lot of groceries were already bought by host so we didn’t have to buy coffee sugar oil etc.

“Beautiful apartment and even more beautiful people”

We have booked this location last minute since our airflight got cancelled last minute. And although it was al ready very late in the evening 23.30 the people were there at the moment we arrived from the airport (half a hour later) and really took there time to explain everything and even had some time to socialize and think with us how to fix our next flight. So they also booked two taxi's for us later that evening. And if we got questions we got there mobile number to text them and they responded immediately to help us. It is a really beautiful apartment but most of all those people are such nice people!! There was even food present for us, because it was that late so if we were hungry, we were aloud to eat that.

“Great host and great place”

Really nice and spacious place, with three bedrooms and a nice balcony. It was well furnished and had almost all things for a comfortable stay. The host was very responsive and helped me out a lot with the logistics and also to get to the location from Athens and to the airport. I could not stay too long as I was only there for one night. But I could see that this place would comfortably fit anyone looking to stay longer. There was a nice view from the balcony in the morning as you could see the sunrise over the water. The bedrooms also had temperature control, which was nice to have a good night sleep. It also had a fully stocked kitchen for coffee, tea etc.
