“A magical place to stay in Mallorca - beautiful and serene”
It is an incredibly special hotel, so serene and peaceful. The staff were very warm and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. We also received a bottle of champagne in our suite to celebrate our anniversary - that was a lovely touch. I absolutely loved the decor, it’s so stylish and tastefully done. The breakfast was also delicious and great that it was included in the price.

I build hotels for a living and this hotel is something special. Serene is the right word to describe it. From the moment we checked in it was calm, inviting, and we felt immediately relaxed. The landscape around the hotel is beautiful and close to the adorable town of Artà which we enjoyed visiting for dinner each night. The staff were attentive, kind, and very polite. The morning yoga was a great way to start the day before a spectacular fresh breakfast. This hotel will be an annual routine for us now.

We were robbed 2 weeks ago in this hotel. The whole sejf was ripped out of the wall. It was our first night when we had dinner outside the stuff knew about this since morning this day. There is no good security, no proper CCT. After this we didn’t felt safe and welcome any longer. General manager offered us to come next year for a stay, which sounds rificculus, it’s not an approach of a 5 Star hotel which claims to provide a wellbeing experience.

We absolutely loved our stay at Es Raco. The staff were all really lovely, and even upgraded our room as a surprise! We spent loads of time using the amazing pool and sauna, and found breakfast really good each morning. Location is a touch cut off if you don’t have a car, but the staff organised taxis when we needed, and you could easily spend all your time at the hotel.
