“Lovely apartment, great location.”
Very good location for the town centre - approx. 3 min walk to main area. Parking was free but only because we 'stumbled' across the owner who thankfully sent us to a local free car park - had we not met him we would have paid 12.50 euros per day so that saved us fifty quid. Comfy bed, good shower.

“Nice place for three days on the Normandy Beaches.”
The apartment was located within a short walking distance of the beach. There is also an excellent WW2 museum within easy walking distance. Bayeaux was only about 10 minutes away. The apartment is very quiet and private. There is adequate heating on colder days. The kitchen contained all of the essential pots and pans. There was a refrigerator and microwave. The managers did provide a fairly good list covering most of the items pertaining to the apartment.

“good location, quiet, spacious.”
Easy location. We were there in early february so there weren't mobs of tourists...and so there was easy on-street parking in front of the location (which is on the 2nd/3rd floor of the building over a real estate office-so it is quiet). (1ere/2eme etage pour les francais)... quiet. Comfortable. Bathroom is on the main floor (with the kitchen/living room/sofa bed) Very very very close to the beaches. It was the off-season so there weren't many restaurants or anything at all open in arromanches-les-bains...but the good thing is it wasn't crowded. nice rooms. Good appliances. Twist the door knob UP to lock/close the door (for americans not used to these doors)...
