Asha at GR Stays is amazing. She was always there to with her prompt replies to help us with any confusion on text and call. Bishu at site was also awesome, he helped us out with anything we need even when it was late night. I am definitely staying with GR Stays everytime I visit Goa.

Our group of 9 friends and couples had a wonderful stay at this villa. The property was spacious, spotless, and beautifully maintained, with extra mattresses and complete bedding provided for everyone’s comfort. The pool area was lovely, and the location was ideal — conveniently close to both Baga and Anjuna. Asha was exceptionally helpful, and the staff were polite and attentive throughout our stay. Everything was perfect — truly a great value for money. Highly recommended!

If you want to live peacefully and close to Baga then go for this villa. It's awesome.we loved the villa and the ambience and everything about it. This place has a very positive vibe . Caretaker were very helpful and efficient. Fantastic sparkling clean pool . Amazing . Keep up the good work .

The stay was spacious to accommodate 10 people with a big hall on the ground floor, 3 bedrooms on first and second floors, 3 washrooms, and also with additional mattresses and pillows. The neighbors are friendly, calm with zero disturbance. The pool is not so big, but big enough to chill with 10 friends. It gets congested and awkward when others(guests) get into the pool. Overall the place was quite comfortable with almost all the required amenities and a caretaker to address any issues 24/7.

Had an amazing experience in the Villa. Location was too good. host was very sweet and humble. Villa was well maintained. Baga beach was very close. Even Anjuna and vagator was close by. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Swimming pool was big and nice. Bishu our caretaker was very helpful who arranged our vehicles , water sports , scuba diving , food etc he made our trip so comfortable. Value for money, highly recommend.
