Sharmila was a great host, she was in contact till the time of check in and accepted our request for a late night check in. The keys were arranged for us as soon as we arrived at the property. The apartment was clean and had all the amenities mentioned during booking. Room was cleaned daily with a flexible time slot. Apartment was hardly 100m from the main road & had good breakfast options in walking distance. Parking was available outside the apartment. We had a birthday of one of our friends during the stay & the host gave us a complimentary cake & champagne to celebrate which was a very warm gesture.

Excellent stay. Rooms are so clean. Exactly same as shown in photo. Sharmila ( owner) is very co operative and overall really great experience.

Had an excellent time at the property. The rooms are great! The place is really clean and in a good location with things around. it’s about a 15-20 min walk to the beach or a quick scooter. Ms. Sharmila addressed all our needs. The caretaker Topu was very helpful and polite.

The flat was the same as showed in the pic. Flat was equipped with all the amenities required at for home stay.. The owner Ms. Sharmila was awesome and the caretaker Tapu as well.

I stayed at comfy with my friends for almost 4 days and hands down it was one of my best experience. Ms. Sharmila is an awesome host. She continuously checked on us and addressed all our needs. The room was fresh and clean. We made our own breakfast and the house is well equipped with every needs.

The location of the property is too good. All the famous beaches like Baga and Calangute are not more than 2kms away. We were 5 people living in the Apartment and everything was up to the mark. It is best for couple or friends or even if you’re travelling solo and afford it. Everything used in the room for Furniture is of top notch quality. While checking in you get every basic daily needs like Fridge, Microwave, Mixer Grinder, Crockery, Utensils, Cooking ware. They provide you an Iron as well as Fully Automatic Washing Machine too. Everything was Clean, Tidy and Perfect. We even extended our Trip just because we liked the aroma of the Room. Would love to visit again. especially Sharmila were a Great Host.

It was a excellent stay . Everything was upto the mark. Staff , manager and everyone are soo polite and all of your requests are done on time. Location is the best . All clubs , beaches are near by. They treat you with whole heartedly and happily. On special occasions they treat you with cakes which is really adorable.
