“Absolutely love the place! We will return if we are in this area, again.”
After 4 nights in Rome, La Pietra was a very peaceful refuge, in the hills outside of Arpino, the very charming birthplace of Cicero. The grocery had good local wine, cheese, and bread for picnics along Camino di San Benedetto. I picked this agriturismo because of the reviews for dinners. Unfortunately, during the week, in the off season, they don’t cook, unless they know that there will be enough diners. Breakfast was good, with a rotating selection of pastries, bread, meat, coffee and juice.

“Beautiful rooms surrounded by mountains”
Very comfortable and clean rooms in a beautiful location surrounded by nature. I especially liked the sunbeds and chairs that they had outside where you could sit and read your book with a view to the mountains. The staff has been really friendly and accommodating to our needs! We appreciated the fact that on our last day they waited for us to go have breakfast when we were half an hour late for it. They are all very sweet and always with a smile on their face!
