This is a wonderful hotel that I would recommend to anyone. It is relatively small, very friendly and has extremely good service. It is family run and has a very relaxed but efficient atmosphere. The food is also real good.

This is the second time we chose this hotel through Booking.com. We deeply regret to discover that the hotel increased its price as much as it decreased its quality of service! We booked a studio with two beds and with minibar or refrigerator for our medication in the ground floor since the hotel has no elevator, and we have 4 pieces of luggage for our long trip. The hotel agreed with our conditions. But when we arrived, the men in the reception gave me the key for room 23 in another building. But we discovered that the 23 is in the first floor without elevator. It was a very hot day, and I had to walk back to the reception, asked for a room at the ground floor. I was given the key of Room 21. But when we moved our 4 pieces of luggage into the room, we discovered that the refrigerator did not work. I had to contact the reception again. I was told that for their more than 100 rooms, only 2 have refrigerator including the room 23. They insisted that Next time I should directly book with the hotel for better price and conditions. But not this time! I had no other choice but to take room 23. It was very hot in the room, but no air conditioning nor even a fan in the room. Their response was: they don’t have air conditioning at home neither! But we are not a guest at their home! However the worst is the attitude of the lady they called as their “Boss”! She opens the reception only in the morning for the check out payment and tasks her Bar men to do the check in in the restaurant in another building at first floor. The Bar men are more interested if we book lunch or dinner in the restaurant. But at least they tried also to help with luggage and fan. The Boss is only interested in collecting payment, did not even offer the help for our luggage! It is our worst experience in all the European countries! I told the Boss that we are really lucky and happy to book her hotel through Bookong.com! This allows us to tell our unhappy experience!

“Very good accommodation during a bicycle trip”

The hotel is located a few kilometers from the Italian-Austrian border in a very picturesque village. We really liked the organization of the space, because there were several buildings in the open courtyard, e.g. the main building with the hotel and restaurant, next to another building with rooms, a garage for bicycles, and also utility rooms. Very clean and large rooms, comfortable beds, you could turn on the heating, which allowed clothes to dry at low temperatures outside and the rain, even though it was June. The restaurant served very tasty food (both breakfasts and dinners). We were very pleased with the stay.

All great, nice apartment, good equipment, comfy beds. Awesome breakfast. Nice restaurant. Picturesque surroundings. All you need when stay for a night or two. Smily personnel, all spoke English very well.
