Everything looks even better than the photos. Simply beautiful property in excellent position. Stuff, parking, breakfast, rooms... all like it should be. Clean and tidy. Planning my next trip in the region Ill be for sure book again.

Convenient location for a transit overnight. Easy access to Autobahn & local exploration Austria/Italy/Slovenia. Shelter for bicycles. Very good contact to host. Keys in a safe-locker, so late check-in possible. Breakfast included, variety of food :)

We spent only one night on our way home from vacation, facility close to the highway and also to supermarket. Good breakfast, Alberto even gave croissants to take with us, he also recommended good restaurant for dinner.

Pleasant accommodation a short distance from the border with Italy, right on the Alpe Adria cycling path, good breakfast included, friendly owner. We safely locked our bikes in the garage at the guesthouse.

the owner is a superb person, very polite and helpful. He even offered us to use his private swimming pool :-). The rooms look great, made of old wood, good beds and lastly superb breakfast. Good place to stay when travelling between Italy and Austria. Nearby a good Spansih restaurant.

Everything you need to have is there, very comfortable, owner is very hospitable.

We stayed as a rest point on our way back from Italy to Germany. We arrived there late at night and received all instructions for entry. So we got in easily. Our room was comfortable and clean. The owner welcomed us with a smile at breakfast. He had prepared a nice breakfast. He made coffee in my thermos and we left to continue our journey.

Owner Alberto is very friendly and we had really good time. Room was clean and comfy, breakfast was perfect.

A warm welcome. The owner gave us a menu to order a pizza delivery as we were travelling on foot and had no way of getting to a restaurant. Delicious Pizzas duly arrived. Great room and an excellent breakfast.
