“Perfect place to stay”

I booked this hotel for my parents for two nights, and I was quite worried because they don't speak English. The hotel staff was amazing! I stayed in touch with them throughout my parents' stay, and they were always quick to respond whenever I called. They were incredibly patient, kind, and went above and beyond to help my parents. I truly appreciate their outstanding service. Thank you for making their stay so comfortable. I will definitely book this hotel again and highly recommend it!

“Please leren English”

- I would like to make a complaint about my experience at your hotel. First, I found it very disappointing that none of the staff spoke English or any other foreign language. This made communication very difficult. Second, I ordered a pizza menu, which was quite expensive (10 euros more), but I only received a pizza without a drink, fries, or anything else. The picture clearly showed that the menu included a drink and side. - When I called the reception, I was told that this was an old menu. I do not find this fair or acceptable - I hope you take this complaint seriously and improve your service.

This was my fourth stay at the hotel, and I truly appreciate the fact that I am recognized and warmly welcomed by the staff every time I return. Bravo for maintaining such consistency in service. I’m always genuinely happy to see the same people every year. It gives very positive information about the hotel. The room was clean, the hotel personnel were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, and the shuttle service was impeccable, as always. It’s always a pleasure to stay here.

Thanks staff especially Narges. She helped my parents for round Trip to and from Airport and unconditional supported them during their stay in hotel. I can just say thanks staff for supporting.

Run down hotel, dilapidated interior. Worn out cheep bed sheets, the room was way too small for two people. Noisy at night. The outside area looked run down and dirty. Overall this was a disappointing mistake that added stress to the trip as opposed to a rest stop between the flights. Never again.

Smooth checkin and checkout. Friendly competent staff. Airport shuttle was very helpful.

Staff, value for money, good restaurants near by

We didn’t have the B’fast. Guests who are leaving for early morning flights should be served breakfast. Rooms have to be more spaces. Wash room has some leeks.
