“Lovely stay near Istanbul Airport”
The Med Life Hotel near Istanbul Airport was a very good choice as it is on the H-6 bus route from the airport and just a short walk from the Tasoluk Yesil Camii stop. The area is delightful with plenty of restaurants but its most striking feature is the Yesil Camii Mosque and I was very happy to have a room offering a fantastic view of it. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and I would gladly return to the Med Life Istanbul Airport.

My family had a nice time at the hotel, which is perfect for families with children. The hotel was clean, safe, and secure, and the staff were friendly. Moreover, after booking, the hotel promptly sent a confirmation and welcoming message via phone and email.

“Nice hotel with great staff near the airport”
I was in transit in Istanbul from 8am to 6pm, (after 2 overnights in planes) and this hotel kindly facilitated a room for me to be able to sleep during the day while in transit. It is as close to the airport as hotels get and my room had an ensuite bathroom. The taxi going back to the airport significantly overcharged me. I contacted the hotel and the manager has been excellent in locating the driver and is working on getting me refunded. It was nice to know the hotel is kind and trustworthy and I’d stay here again. The staff on reception are also excellent and very helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The price is so good, for a nice hotel with nice rooms and clean bathroom. You can check in and out basically when you want. It’s 15 minutes away from the airport

Disappointing Stay - Not Worth 4 Stars I booked this 4-star hotel to rest between two exhausting flights, but the experience was terrible. Upon arrival, we found our room uncleaned from the previous guests – the trash bin was full, bed linens were used, towels were dirty, and the floor was a mess. When we raised this issue with the reception, we were told that the cleaning service wasn't working that day for some unknown reason, and there were no free rooms to relocate us. They sent us to another hotel in the same chain, but it was of much lower quality, in a bad location, and reeked of cigarette smoke throughout. Our room had a terrible odor, and the rest of the hotel was no better. The place was old, with worn-out walls, and completely uncomfortable. Even the hotel’s transfer service was disappointing — the car was uncomfortable and certainly not worth the 45 euros charged. If you have the option, take a taxi instead. Overall, I was completely dissatisfied with the service and would never stay here again.

“Outstanding hotel.”
Let me start by saying the staff are absolutely amazing and happy to assist with most things and even allowed us to adjust our booking freely even though we didn't pay for that facility. The room was lovely, my only complaint is the bidet not working but otherwise was fantastic. As you exit the hotel on your left is Yeşil Cami (green mosque) which is just beautiful. Easily one of my best hotels I've stayed at in Istanbul.
