“Old, dirty and cigarettes smoked”
The receptionist doesn't speak English at all. Strong smell of cigarettes everywhere, barely can breathe. Very bad sound isolation in the room. Any sound from the hall or next room is very loud inside my room. Facilities are old and dirty.

“Great Experience”
I had a lovely experience at Inalens Hotel. The reception staff were friendly and extremely helpful throughout my stay. The night receptionist was especially kind, he even offered me a complimentary drink, which was a thoughtful touch. The hotel is conveniently located very close to the airport, and my Uber fare was very reasonable. Overall, I was really pleased with the service and would definitely choose to stay there again.

“Do not book Inalens airport hotel! Warning.”
Everything. This hotel has been misold to me! Room was horrible, bathroom smelt, hazardous, very poor not at all a 3 star! The staff couldn't speak English so nothing addressed during the day. Evening when an English speaker came asked to wait until the morning for manager and it stayed like this for 3 days. Breakfast when booked was included, but all I was given was 3 cheese slices that was then cut in half and some bread 3 olives and tea bag without milk and another cheese triangle... I have a picture. This is not a breakfast and I then went out to eat every day. No iron but it states on the booking.com amenities included. Because of this I couldn't iron clothes and had to wear as they were because hotel couldn't accommodate. No safe as mentioned in advertisement so had to take passport with me everyday and other valuables. Not sound proof always hearing bangs and noises throughout the night actually waking me up. No shampoo just once no cleaning in 4 days when asked came back and nothing. No change of towels in 4/5 days there. There is so much more to say! The overall experience was not only disappointing but disgraceful. I had such an unpleasant experience and don't understand how hotels can run like this on this app to be honest. Some checks should be done by booking.com as have faith when booking and now will always second guess details when advertised. I would appreciate booking.com to contact the hotel or inspect as this is NOT a 3 star lucky to be a one star. My friend room next to me bathroom door plank fell and nearly hit her kid. Very unsafe and not really liveable! And not having someone at a hotel to communicate on top was extremely frustrating and unbelievable. Oh and I love tea but they had no milk and when asked they told me to go to shop and buy it myself! Zero hospitality.

The room was not worth the money they charge. Very expensive. And never buy sim card from them or any hotel's reception, they will swear by god about the price. Sim cards that cost 200 liras or less outside INALENS staff cost me 700 liras at reception. Lied big time.

Absolutely phenomenal staff, ready to help and recommend food places if you are a foodie. Beds were comfortable, and breakfast was simple and well represented. It was not a buffet but rather to start a day, simply ok for free.
