the location was very good, there was a cafe nearby where you could eat, and it was inexpensive and tasty, and at night, when we needed water at the reception, they gave us three small bottles extra.

Nothing positive!

This was extremely poorly handled and completely ruined the mood for all of us! I booked this hotel, received check-in and check-out information via Booking.com, but there was absolutely NO mention that the hotel was closed due to renovation. That’s something you should clearly state if the hotel is still listed as available! We arrived around 00:30 at night — 5 people, including two sleeping young children and several bags. First, we’re greeted by locked hotel doors and a completely dark building. Immediately we began to panic and wonder what we were supposed to do. Eventually, someone approached us and informed us that the hotel was temporarily closed and told us to go to a neighboring hotel instead. At this new hotel, there were no family rooms available. We were offered either 3 rooms or 2 double rooms — how convenient! That’s not even close to what we booked. Our original reservation was for two proper rooms. We ended up accepting two double rooms. While they were clean, the entire experience was handled terribly. We had to squeeze into small beds with our kids, and the night was absolutely exhausting.

Location was good, quite close to the airport. Staff were friendly and helpful. It wasn’t the hotel originally booked but just over the road. That wasn’t a problem.

I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel. We arrived by transfer and stayed there with the family. The rooms and bathroom were clean. The staff were attentive. There’s a nearby café with delicious food.

The staff were great - very friendly and they arranged an early check-in for us. The hotel room was good and clean. Beds were comfortable.

1 - Great location, direct connection with airport by bus or 15-20 min by taxi at quite affordable price. 2 - Highly professional staff. A sincere and big thanks to a lady named Merve, who took great care of us at a reception and was extremely helpful and super positive. 3 - Perfect option for night/day stay between the flights. 4 - Large family room with 2 bedrooms and 4 beds is great for the family of 4 or 5.

“Comfortable room with a good breakfast”

Great place for a layover. A bit confusing to find the right building (there's a few of this chain on the same street), but the staff was very friendly and helped us out. The room was comfortable and good for the price (we asked for it to not face the street, so it was quieter), with a little fridge, a kettle and some water/tea/coffee. Shampoo, shower gel and hairdryer were also in place. In the morning they serve a plentiful continental breakfast, including a variety of cheeses, boiled eggs, vegetables, breads, warm drinks, cereal and sweets.

Everything is excellent!

The hotel is located near the airport. Comfortable rooms and good service. I didn't take advantage of the breakfast, but as I understand it, breakfast is served at the cafe across the street from the hotel. I really liked this hotel and Ms. Merve at the reception. She tried to help with everything and was very friendly. I thank her very much. I will try to visit this hotel again on my next visit and I hope Ms. Merve will be on this shift
