“Friendly , clean and welcoming with a big heart.”

Host Ahmet was very friendly and welcoming person who made a meal for me after I come back to his house. Room was very cozy, comfortable and cozy . Only problem is public transportation is not close to home . Mostly have to use private car . His son showed me all around top tourist spot in Istanbul . Great value for money and undoubtedly recommendable to any future guest .

Everything was fine. Thanks for the owners. They met my father in the airport and brought him to the hotel.

The host Ahmet abi and his family are very helpful and kind. He tries his best to make his guests feel home. Everything was very smooth and the location is close to the airport. They provide airport transfer service too. I recommend it to everyone.

“Not good, uncomfortable”

Nothing at all,I didn’t liked anything, the staff was so rude, and keep disturbing us. and even got mad at us that, why we wearing shoes inside property, I wasn’t aware of that, they should have to tell us about the rules I said sorry but he was still keep telling us why we did that. I feel so uncomfortable and left early Our checkout time was 12:00 and they started banging on the door at 9:00, they already messaged on the phone number if we want anything we already said no. And still came to room banging on the door while we were asleep.

This is not a hotel, It’s a regular house like B&B Kitchen was very dirty…….. But the room was normal,good. First of all, both the owner and his son spoke very little English, which caused some problems. They said it would cost 15 euros to pick me up from the Istanbul airport, so but I arrived at Sabiha Gökcen, I planned to take a bus from there for 8 euros from Sabiha Gökcen to Istanbul airport.I told them,but his son came Sabiha Gökcen for picked up me…. However, he picked me up at Sabiha Gökcen and although I was impressed, because I said from Istanbul airport I need pickup,but they charged for pickup 50 euros. Owner used to Google Translate, He can’t understand English……. They should say 50euro..if they said this no problem. But we talked but they understand English…… I dismissed it as a waste of time. I can't believe the pickup service is more expensive than the room rate.but just problem was they understand English it was very difficult for me.

Very comfy, clean, neat, and the owner was so kind and friendly.

Services- the owner and his father, their communication skills, transport from and to the airport. The price was good.

Staff was really kind, i got 2 am and they wait for me, also help to get taxi for my mom to the airport with a little bit of hiccups

Yusuf tried to help as much as possible. He ordered a taxi for me for the morning and helped me figure the prices for the taxi, which is especially helpful since the Istambul Aiport is craling with taxi drivers trying to make you pay ridiculous prices. One even told me that if I go for cheap I'll get left in the middle of nowhere. Which is not true. But even the ones with the taxi meter try to charge you extra, inventing extra fees. Don't get fooled, yusuf will help.
