We recently had a lovely stay at 'Belltrees' in Armidale. The property was very cosy and comfortable - especially the beds. We enjoyed the quirky history of the place like the barn door to one of the bedrooms. We also appreciated the little touches such as chocolate in the fridge and the aircon on when we arrived after a long drive on a hot day! Our host, Kate, was very responsive and ensured we had a wonderful stay. Many thanks!

It was in a great position being close to town and very close to a kids playground. The little Amenities they had in the house for the kids was awesome, and the condiments in the cupboards were a great thought. Shower water pressure was amazing.

Being a house and not a hotel room, my wife and I had plenty of room to move, and there was a full kitchen and laundry. And a sunroom. Couches that could seat 5, and a dining table that could seat 6. Sleeping was for 7, with 3 queen-size beds and a single bed in a rather cramped room.

Very cute cottage in central location with amazingly warm and comfy beds and bed linen (electric blankets as well). It was great for the five of us!

Unfortunately, we picked probably the coldest day to visit Armidale. Loved the electric blanket on the bed, but a few small heaters in bedroom would have been good.
