“A great, super cheap place to stay in Armenia”

The staff was polite and very helpful. The hotel is colorful but is not suitable for those with mobility issues. Room has a small window but the room lacks air conditioning. Rooms are small but the bed is comfortable. T.V. had streaming services.

I recently stayed at this hostel, and while I appreciate the low price, I was disappointed by several aspects that shouldn't be overlooked. For travelers who are not locals, it's essential to know that the area is not safe. I witnessed a significant police presence and was even informed about a recent death just a few steps from the hostel. A local woman warned me to leave the area at 2 PM, which is concerning. Additionally, I encountered an issue with cleanliness in my room. I woke up to find a swarm of ants in my bed and all over the space — it was quite unpleasant. Although the staff at the reception were lovely and very helpful, accommodating my request for a room change, the new room still had a few ants on the floor. In hindsight, I wish I had read more reviews before booking, as this experience has taught me to prioritize safety and cleanliness when choosing accommodations. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this hostel based on my experience.

excellent location of the hotel, friendly staff and warm welcome, rooms are quite small, but very well-appointed and practically furnished, everything is functional and very clean and comfortable, I highly recommend it

They had 24h check-in and the staff was really welcoming and friendly, I haven't seen a lot of the place or the town, but the hotel is really nice and clean. I arrived in the night so being out on the street for longer is not preferrable, but I was let in immediately and felt safe and comfortable inside the hotel.

Stopped here two nights to visit The Jardin Botanico (moto Uber 18,000 pesos). Ideal for a short stay, budget option. Hot water, Netflix, 24 hr reception, towel provided, good value. It is actually walkable from the bus terminal (30 mins). Very close to 2 supermarkets and the downtown shopping area. I would stay here again, no worries. I was advised not to turn right out of the hotel after dark but it seemed perfectly safe during the day. No air-conditioning but adequate fan provided. (Didn't need it though). The free coffee at reception is a waste of time as the water in the dispenser doesn't get hot enough.

This is a great place to stay in Armenia, given the cost benefit. I loved staying at this hotel because of the high quality of service from the Hotel owner Miguel Angel, and ALL of their staff! They were so dedicated and always go the Extra mile to ensure that I was properly covered! Many Thanks to Carolina, and all the receptionists, as well as the charming ladies who do the general cleaning! This was the second time I stayed in this hotel, and I pretend to come back again! A safe place to stay! I recommended 100%!
