“Fantastic service!”
The Booking system presented a fail and my reservation was not known by the Hotel. Then, a manager named Dimitri, made a fantastic work. One of the most incredible exemple of service quality and consumer focus that I have ever seen. It is a fantastic asset for a company to have someone like Dimitri. Congratulations!

“Rip off merchants”
Arriving at 11pm and I was told they didn't have a double queen room available which is what I had booked months ago. So they agreed to give me a single King room and put in a rollaway bed and make up the sofa bed. Half an hour later I had to call down as still no one had brought the rollaway bed. When someone did come they dumped the bedding into my arms and I had to make the sofa bed up myself. My poor children were so desperate to get to bed and this is negligent service. Additionally our room was not cleaned or towels replenished once during our stay despite them saying the room would be. I also had to call down for towels as the room only came with 2 and we were 4 people. On top of all of that they have overcharged my card and haven't replied to any of the 5 emails I've sent and the phone number they give you to call with a problem isn't a true number. Stay Away.

Large and tidy room, nice staff. The AC motor (at least of my room) was very noisy but turning it off right before sleeping the room remained cool and comroftable for all the night.
