“Just a perfect location and comfortable accomodation, breakfast is brilliant and the staff friendly.”
The breakfast was fantastic, table service was unexpected but certainly a bonus. The reception staff were so attentive and accomondating, having a Starbucks at the motel is certainly a bonus for those early morning coffees before breakfast. The rooms were big and so comfortable, the beds were very comfortable and exceeded a luxury lifestyle. Location was so convenient to the metro to be able to get around the city and for food outlets very close and handy.

The service attitude at the front desk was very poor! The staff spoke impatiently. I had reserved a standard room, but the front desk told me there were no standard rooms available and gave me a king-size bed room instead, claiming that I had reserved a king-size bed room.

“Budget place with comfort”
The best about this hotel is the location: It is superb! Close to the metro, close to the National Airport, the area is very clean, modern and feels very safe (Crystal City). There is a big grocery store near by. Good facilities, Starbucks inside the hotel. The room was nice and has everything needed, including iron. The staff was also very friendly during check-in and out.
