The elevators did not work took long period of time (about 30 min) to come which cause me to have to use the stairs. The room ac/heating unit did not work was freezing in room. I was uncomfortable all night but too tired to change hotels. Brought issue to staff attention but unfortunately no maintenance and other rooms were in the same situation. The breakfast was not all that good. There was no big towels when ask available had to use small towels. Although staff was great with customer service and attitude I felt like I was not able to be accommodated during my stay.

The facility was amazing... so nice to stay at a hotel where everything is not paper and plastic. Also nice to see helpful, friendly staff. Rooms were a good size and quiet...didn't hear noise from other rooms. The price was an amazing value too.

Very clean!

This is the best place to stay in Arlington! Easy to get to Cowboys and Ranger games or Six Flags and Hurricane Harbor. The breakfast is amazing and free. Starbucks coffee and a bar all in hotel. Rooms are big with a sofa and little kitchen area. I’ve been coming to Arlington for games and theme park vacations for 15 years and stayed at just about every hotel around here. This one is the best! Only sad that it took me so long to find out about it.

Fantastic hotel! The room is clean, and there’s always hot water available. The highlight is the diverse breakfast offering: scrambled eggs, porridge, fresh fruits, along with tea, coffee, juice, waffles, milk, and muesli. The generous and varied breakfast added a positive touch to an already pleasant stay. Six Flags is visible from the windows
