Even from the night before our arrival Elisa was in contact with helpful information up until our arrival at about 21.30hrs. Gates and room were codes so we didn't have to wait around and just made our way to our room. The room was as pictured with a charming country feel. Breakfast was continental with eggs served fried/scrambled or omelette. We certainly didn't have any complaints or issues with any of our stay. Travellers will definitely need a car to visit but well worth it.

Elise was phenomenal! She was incredibly nice, spoke perfect English (we are American and needed all the help we could get!) and helped with all aspects of our stay, from planning breakfast, helping to arrange transportation, and making great recommendations for sight seeing and visit planning. I cannot say enough about how perfect she made our stay.

We liked our stay at the hotel. The family room is spacious, with two bathrooms. The breakfast was tasty and various, with some hot dishes like scrambled eggs or omelette. The coffee machine, the electric kettle, few bottles of water, chocolate and biscuits in the room were very nice additions.

Quiet location

Basically everything. Not only it was spotless, convenient, nicely done but it had this old charm and soul.

Location very good for a river walk and lake walk. Excellent communication about parking location, check in process, and entry procedures as unmanned on arrival. Very calm, quiet and spotlessly clean. Impressive modern fittings and decor in a spacious room and bathroom. Breakfast was a very good cold buffet plus eggs cooked to order.

The hotel is very beautiful The rooms are very beautiful and well equipped Quite large rooms There is a hotel parking lot 100 meters away no extra charge The check-in process was fast and convenient via the Internet I received an entry code for the entrance gate to the car and also an entry code for the room itself When we arrived we were greeted by a cute girl named Elisa. She even gave her personal phone number and said that you can call if a problem or question arises

Beautiful located in a historic Borgo, rooms are around a patio paved with cobblestones. Very quite in a small village with an enoteca and a bar just around the corner. Check-in is done via a self service on-line system that creates -pincodes to enter the Borgo and rooms.
