“Great hotel - be careful when booking lift passes with the hotel”

You can't beat the location and the parking right outside was great. The food was really nice and good variety. The restaurant staff were very friendly and polite. The room was a great size for us and the 2 kids, plenty of room to spread out in a modern room.

Location excellent for ease of slopes for new skiers or those wanting quick access. Hotel staff were helpful and polite. Food at buffet was a wide choice with plenty fruit and veg. Rooms spacious and comfortable.

Friendly staff, fantastic location and amenities

One of our favorite and best hotels in Andorra, especially since we spend our whole days skiing. It’s effectively ski-in/ski-out, almost right from the room :). We had a few hiccups during the first few days—likely just start-of-season teething problems—but by the end of our stay, most of these issues had been resolved.

Great location. We visited in the summer. From the hotel, you can start hiking right away, which is very convenient. We also really liked that the hotel has welcoming staff who were a pleasure to talk to. The room was clean and spacious

“Avoid the A la Carte if you can”

We loved the hotel! The location was great, very comfortable big rooms, the staff super friendly (thank you guys for being so hospitable), the food was good and lots of options to choose from and the breakfast was great. Our kids loved it and generally it was fantastic, we will be back!

The hotel itself was nice, next to a ski lift but its quite a steep blue slope so none of us actually skied in, but the lift was there so that's good. The rooms are lovely and spacious.

I had an excellent experience staying at this hotel! The location is perfect – right next to the ski lift! The view of the mountains is breathtaking, and the hotel offers free parking. The interior is modern, stylish, and beautifully designed. Everything was clean and well-maintained. The rooms were cleaned thoroughly and on time every single day.
