The property was very clean, warm and ideally located for the slopes and I loved the super hot shower/bath. The friendly staff members were always happy to help and with a friendly smile.

“We will return to the Xalet Verdu ; it is our Hotel of Choice in Arinsal . Very happy indeed”

The Xalet Verdu , surpassed our expectations . It has private parking, open air , and even an underground park , approx 10 parking places . It is well Located in the town of Arinsal , an easy walk down the Hill to the main “Gondola” lift ., after dinner a short uphill walk , say 10 mins mac from “Surf Bar “ . What we really loverd ; the Staff , all are very friendly and very helpful . Service with a smile . Coffee/ Drinks bar nice for a pre breakfast coffee and or an Apres Ski wine or beer in the early evening . Now , another good surprise , The Restaurant !! Highly recommended to try . Food is all prepared by the in-house Chef ; they have a buffett breakfast and dinner ( i dont think lunch as everyone is up on the mountain ) The buffett €20 pp can be enjoyed as is which is very sufficient and nice , salads , A Soup and things like a Homebaked Lasagna , or for a 5€ supplement , you get to choose from different Mains to add on . Believe me , this is worth it , my memorable dish was , A Veal Stew in Red Wine Sauce with boiled potatoes . It was delicious , and anywhere else you would pay €15 to 18 just for that Stew , A very nice aspect is that you will always find the Owner of the Hotel ( apologies I didnt catch his name ) very charming and hospitable , working hands on and assisting his staff at meal times and personally attending the Clients , be it in the restaurant or in the Bar serving coffees in the morning or Wine/ Beer in the afternoon - evening . We will return to the Xalet Verdu ; it is our Hotel of Choice in Arinsal . Very happy indeed

“Fabulous”

The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We didn't use the pool but sat out in the gardens which were peaceful. The location and oh my the views were spectacular

Location was great for hiking. Close to Comapedrosa National Park. Local bus stop just right outside the hotel. Andbus connection with Barcelona airport available from outside hotel. Breakfast had good choices. Staff friendly and helpful.
