“I had a great stay, mostly thanks of the incredibly friendly staff.”
Arinsal is a cute tiny village. Most of the employees in the hotel didn't speak english or french (only Spanish) but they were all very helpful and communicative. My room was a bit outdated and dusty, but it was spacious and I slept well. The hotel offers a good breakfast, and it has a restaurant for lunch or dinner. It's the perfect location for a hike in the Comapedrosa National Park. I would definitely stay here again.

Close to everywhere: gondola, supermarket, ski hire and Cisco Bar! Also had own hotel bar. Decent breakfast. Rooms cleaned daily. Friendly staff

Great location, within metres of the lift; Staff friendly and welcoming, and happy to help; Lift - a bonus when you have heavy ski bags; Plenty of hot water and heating; Plenty of choice for breakfast and dinner; Large, public carpark at the back of the hotel.

“Value for money”
Went half board. The evening meal was nothing fancy but consisted of a 3 course €15 deal for guests and non residents. It was a adequate and great value for money. Staff were friendly. Cheap bottles of wine 🍷Tax free heaven.

“Perfect for a boys ski trip”

The location is absolutely fantastic—just a short walk to the ski station in Arinsal, with stunning views to enjoy! The showers were great, and the beds were comfortable, ensuring a relaxing stay after a day on the slopes.

“Decent stay, great value for money.”
Thanks a lot to very helpful staff who thought about us and left the key for the room for us who came at midnight after the check-in time. Overall, the hotel isn't fancy but it's clean and the breakfast was good.
