The location was ideal. The room was well equipped, clean, safe and relatively comfortable considering the hotel is 3 star. The staff were accommodating and helpful. On site supermarket was also very useful.

“Brilliant, efficient and friendly, convenient place to stay”

The staff were all so helpful and friendly with perfect English and all smiling! We had a late check in, which they were incredibly helpful with and everything was organised very efficiently with easy to understand instructions for us. We stayed as a couple in one of the smaller apartments, but it had plenty of space and everything we needed to self cater for our stay. The supermarket and ski gear room we could use were super close and handy as was the gondola. We would definitely return here.

“Great stay at Arinsal”

2 Adults, 1 Teen. Great communication before we arrived. Very friendly staff. Room was spacious and very clean. Had enough kitchen equipment to cook a meal if you wanted. Easy access with a key card. Arinsal has a good assortment of restaurants, cafes and shops. Good bus service too, if you want to explore. Definitely recommend!

Hotel was clean and comfortable, had everything we needed

We had a broken bed that was fixed very quickly. Great location. 30 meters from the Gondola and 10 meters from the night life.

Staff was extremely nice, paid atrention to all our needs, guide us and made us feel really welcomed. Apartament was clean, nice and well located. There is big free parking behind the building. Walking paths starting direcrtly from location.

Location is very good, just by the ski lift. There is a supermarket downstairs and bunch of cafes, bars and restaurants around. The apartment is good, rooms are separated and spacious enough, big bathroom. The staff is friendly and helpful, check in was easy. Free parking 200-300 meters away. If i ever be in Andorra again, i most probably will stay here.

“Large comfortable apartment right next to supermarket and teleferic”

I enjoyed staying here, the apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. The view of the mountain and the river right under the window a nice bonus. Downstairs is a supermarket, and around are restaurants and right next is the teleferic. You can also park your car for free behind the building where there's a large parking lot, or pay and park underground. Staff was very nice too!

Apartment was very nice and well equiped. We could use heating and it worked well, bed was comfortable, spacious bathroom. Kitchen well equiped, so we were able to cook some basic meals. Staff was very helpful with everything. Thanks a lot
