“Excellent Stay with an Unbeatable Location”

We stayed here for a couple of days and had a fantastic experience overall. The location is perfect, situated right next to the gondola, a local supermarket, and several great restaurants. One of the highlights was the amazing view out the back, looking across the stream and straight up the mountain. The Check-in Experience A quick heads-up for future guests: when I arrived, the reception on-site was closed. After waiting about 30 minutes, I checked my messages and realized the check-in is actually handled at a sister hotel about 200 meters away. Once I headed over there to collect the keys, everything went smoothly. The staff were great—very helpful and welcoming!

Great location. The interior is old but everything is clean. Apartement has everything basic you will need. Gondolas to the mountain from 1 minute walk. Communication was good and friendly. Great restaurant under apartement.

Amazing location, right next to Gondola, you can see the entrance from the window. Brilliant view of mountains. Spacious kids bedroom. Had the fundamentals of what you need. Light and airy. Can store ski stuff in your own lockers down stairs. Staff at reception are super helpful. It’s right next to drop off and pick up point of the bus.

Great week in Arinsal, and the skiing was amazing. Only two small things that could have been improved. Larger and thicker quality shower towels. Also the swing below the apartments in El Cabin squeaks really badly when used and the sound is really loud in the apartments above. It could do with being oiled and it would stop the awful squeak which kept us awake on the last night. But other than that, a great location and fit for purpose apartment with a great view.
