The apartment is located in a quiet spot within a building on a peaceful street. Shops are nearby, and there are always parking spaces available around or even right in front of the building. Upon arrival, the apartment was impeccably clean. Everything was functional. Having a washer and dryer was fantastic. We are highly satisfied. No one disturbed us, and there were no issues at all. My entire family felt right at home. There were four of us staying in the apartment.

I had good communication with the owner right through to collecting the keys. The owner took us up to the apartment and showed us round. Sadly my Spanish wasn't good enough to understand everything and the owner didnt speak English but we got through enough information between us. The owner was very good and immediately brought additional toilets and kitchen rolls after handover The apartment had everything we needed and also unexpectedly a washing machine and dryer (but didnt use them). There was free WiFi and a 32" TV with normal terrestrial channels. The apartment was at the top end of Arinaga but only a 10 minute walk down to the sea front where there were many bars/restaurants to choose from. There was a petrol station close by which as we were on a motorbiking holiday was very useful. Also very close to bus routes which were very frequent and regular. There were two super markets close to the apartment which were small but had what was needed for essentials. The area was quiet and felt safe enough to leave a motorbike on the street over night with a disc lock on.

My daughter and I loved the apartment. It was cosy, with all amenities, all essentials we needed, was provided. 5min walk to the beach. The host was responding promptly to any request. We had an amazing time.

Everything was good, Landlord was helpful. All was clean, almost everything what is needed for staying was available. Parking near to the apartment was always occupied if you come back latter then 17-18 o'clock, but there was always a free spot on the next street.

I was staying in the property second time and the host along with the appartment have met my highest expectations. The property is situated in the quiet location and it is also within walking distance from the beach, shops and the bus stop. The property has everything that is required for the comfortable stay. The host is very kind and helpful. I have been enjoying my stay in the property again.

Fully equipped apartment with everything we needed. Location was great and the owner was friendly and helpful. The dryer was a surprise and it was the best feature of the house! Very useful. I would book this one again.

Very good sized apartment. Clean, comfortable and well equiped. The host was friendly. The location is a few hundred meters from the beach. Shops, restaurants and petrol stations are even closer. Highly recommend and great value.

The property was well equipped with everything required for the comfortable stay. Everything was fully functional with excellent Wi-Fi connection. The host was very helpful and the check out time was quite flexible. The location is convenient in terms of having short walking distances to the beach, bus stops and shops.

Good price and location. Fast internet connection. Outside plenty of space for parking the car.
