She was incredibly helpful when the water heater broke down—after one quick phone call, she handled the problem immediately, and everything was fixed the same day. It was a pleasure to talk to her, and I highly recommend both her place and the surrounding area to anyone visiting Gran Canaria!"

“Overall, acceptable.”
The accommodation is really very close to the beach. Nothing and no one disturbs your night’s rest. The airport can be reached within 15 minutes. Lidl and several other shops are nearby. The key handover is also smooth.

-Friendly and helpful owner (we arrived in the evening and he had already for us bananas,water and milk) -Very clean and equipped apartment (with all the appliances you can think of in a kitchen) -Quiet neighbourhood -Easy to park on the street or the nearby area -Close to the beach (200 m) and the main roads -Close to supermarkets (Spar-2 streets away) -For coffee and breakfast I would recommand Muller and Esterlitzia (Avenida Polizon)
