The place is very nice and secure. It’s quiet, the room is clean and well-equipped. The owner is very kind and welcoming. I highly recommend it.

The place was very clean, spacious, and had more facilities than we expected. The host, Wided, was very helpful and sent detailed guidance in advance. Parking is closed and secured, and the location is in a calm area just 10 minutes from the airport. My family really enjoyed the stay. Highly recommended!

“I really liked my stay – everything was comfortable and well-organized”

Photos don’t do the property justice as it’s much nicer in real life. Spacious, light, super clean and well equipped. We felt great and at home the moment we entered. The place is located in an upmarket area of Tunis with a secured entrance and free parking if you have a car. The neighbourhood felt very safe and friendly. The shopping area is a 10 mnt walk with several shops, mini markets, cafes and bistros with delicious pastries. But if you need something quickly there are a couple of convenience shops 2/3 mints walk from the property. Special thanks to the host lady, Mrs Weded, who was really kind and generous .she cooked us a very delicious Tunisian couscous dish We stayed as a couple but the property can accommodate up to six people for those with a family. All in all, a great and enjoyable experience staying at this property and we would definitely consider again the next time we are in Tunis. Highly recommended !

“Beautiful peaceful villa with loving hosts! Best for families with children!”

The location was in a beautiful, peaceful quiet place. The hosts were amazing and they gave us a complimentary free Tunisian breakfast one day. They were always there to help while being discreet and respectful of our privacy. It was a true experience of Tunisian life living in the villa and interacting with local people. The view of the garden was lovely as we could see vines and creepers climbing all the way up to the wall and the greenery they created was so peaceful . The kids miss the cat ‘raami, and the turtles 🐢 as they were always a good companion in the garden. The location was very good and we had nice meals in very close proximity to the villa, just 5 minutes drive. We loved our deserts from takacim, best wood fire pizzas from preggo and fulfilling breakfast with pancakes and crepes from the cafes close to it. If we needed anything urgent, the pharmacy & carefour supermarket was so near. I would highly recommend it to families who want to live a peaceful Tunisian life, away from noise of madina, but still close to it.

From arriving in the evening after the prestigious Tunisian African Open Judo Championships . We were a group of 6 with very little dinar but all needed food . Our host and her daughter helped us in everyway to ordering takeaway and transferring funds to pay for it . Even to the point of being at the airport and realising I had forgot to leave something they were so kind . Honest and lovely people when we return to the comp next year we will stay there again .
