“Good value for money accomodation”

When you reach the property the first thing they ask is to pay tourist tax which is not mentioned in booking.com during booking and also in any of their policy. I am not sure whether it is genuine or they are scamming in the name of tax. But this kind of hidden charges are the reason property like this have low ratings.

Breakfast was good. Staff where friendly and helpful. Property on the shoreline.

The hotel was very polite and tried to assist however we were not able to access the whole hotel. Also the staff tried to reserve a parking spot to accommodate us but guests kept taking the spot and hotel staff did not rectify it.

Everything was ok, except the breakfast.

“A Serene Seaside Paradise”

From the moment I arrived, the peaceful sound of the waves set the tone. Room with sea view was absolutely breathtaking. The pool area was spotless and relaxing. The staff greeted me warmly, always ready with helpful suggestions. Breakfast on the terrace overlooking the sea was one of the best parts of the stay.

“Quiet Ambience”

Even though Argassi has lots happening, this place feels tucked away just enough for tranquillity. Went to bed listening to the sea — so calming. The rooms are well insulated from noise, which helped.

“Perfect Blend of Relaxation & Convenience”

What I loved about this place is how balanced it is: peaceful but not isolated. It’s only a short walk to local restaurants, the little shops and the main market in Argassi, so getting what I needed was easy. Yet, when in the hotel, I felt totally disconnected from the bustle: the quiet, the sea breeze, and that gorgeous pool area made for perfect afternoons. Room was clean, air conditioning worked well, and the WiFi was reliable most of the time. Breakfast terrace is a highlight — starting the day with a view makes such a difference.

“Value that Surprised Me”

Given its amenities, location, and view, the hotel offers far more than expected for the price. Free WiFi, friendly staff, daily cleaning — all those things made my stay feel very worthwhile.

“Refreshing Pool & Sunny Spots”

The pool area is one of the highlights: lots of sunbeds, areas with shade, a pool bar (when in service), clean water, and you can relax there most of the day. The garden/terrace areas are pretty, good for reading, chilling. Water temperature was pleasant. Also appreciated small touches like poolside towels, and lifeguard or staff keeping it tidy.

“A Lovely Base to Explore Zakynthos”

Stayed here and used it as home base to see beaches, visit Zakynthos town, boat trips etc. It’s located well — close to airport & town by car, and many tour operators pass through Argassi. After a long day’s outing it was wonderful to return to calm, a nice dinner nearby and then relax by the pool or on balcony. The staff helped with arranging some day trips.

“Peaceful Nights & Sea Breeze”

At night you mostly hear the sea, soft breezes and maybe distant voices — but nothing loud. Windows/balconies allow for fresh air, and even with AC you can sleep with the sound of waves. The hotel feels tucked just enough to avoid traffic noise. Also appreciated blackout curtains in the room so you could sleep even when sunrise is early.

“Living by the Sea”

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Nefeli Hotel. The hotel offers stunning views of the sea that made every moment feel special. Each morning began with a delicious buffet-style breakfast, which was always fresh and varied. The staff were exceptionally hospitable and went out of their way to be helpful throughout my stay. The rooms were spotlessly clean and serviced daily, which made everything feel comfortable and welcoming. The location is perfect – just a short walk to the tourist strip with plenty of shops and restaurants, yet far enough away to ensure a peaceful night’s sleep without any noise. The combination of beautiful views, excellent service, and a warm atmosphere made this stay truly memorable. I had an awesome time here and I’m already looking forward to coming back!

“Good experience”

The area of the property was really good. Decent breakfast, nice staff members. Cleaning usually done on daily basis, from sheet change to towel change. Overall had the nice experience.

Superior room with sea view pleasant suprise to find fridge in room, nice pool very quiet, access to sea via steps nearby. excellent staff able to leave all belongings securely in office on last day as busy & unable to keep room on as had late flight.
