“Great location in a big house”

The location was fabulous and the size of garden, pool and outside area was great. The house and rooms are a good size and we never felt on top of each other.

Enjoyed the space, the beautiful pool and close to restaurants and sea. A good starter food pack. Appreciated the new chairs and sun loungers around the pool and covered outside table area.

We really enjoyed our stay at the villa. The villa is spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped, including great pool facilities, large rooms, and an excellent location. Everything was clean and well maintained, and the atmosphere was perfect for a relaxing vacation. The kitchen had everything we needed, the outdoor area was beautiful, and the hosts were very kind and helpful. We would be happy to come back again and highly recommend this villa to others

The very large pool and grounds are absolutely stunning. The beach is a 30 second walk from the villa. Lovely quiet village of Argaka. We locked ourselves out and the owner was there within 30 mins to let us in thankfully.

The location was excellent—just a short walk from the beach. The owner, Rafaela, was very helpful and polite, assisting us promptly with any issues we encountered. We truly appreciated her hospitality and support throughout our stay.

A code for a lock box was provided in advance so it was extremely easy. Any and all messages before were answered promptly and correct instructions were given on precise location.

Large dog chained up 24 hours a day at property to the rear. It barked a lot during the night which significantly affected our sleep.

The villa is well situated for the beach being a few minutes walk. The local tavernas are in walking distance. The villa is clean and well maintained.

The villa was set in a great location, a 2 minute walk to the beach and not far by car to the nearest shops and bakery. Polis and Latchi just down the road are a great place to spend time. The Villa was of a very high standard, and the outside space and pool were very private and not overlooked.

The villa is lovely and any problems were very quickly managed. I would definitely recommend this place and book to stay again.

The location for us was excellent, the outside area was well used. The swimming pool is great and kept very clean, most days someone came to check that it was alright. The accommodation was spacious and all the bedrooms were of a good size with all having a bathroom. The cleaners came every week and were very efficient. The barbecue area is excellent.

The villa was phenomenal, so big and comfortable. My son and daughter brought their partners, and they had enough room for privacy. The pool area was fantastic. The local area provided lots of food and drink choices. The nearest town is Polis, and they have everything, including a big supermarket for your weekly shop

11 night stay at this villa was very enjoyable. Perfect place for two families. Has everything we needed, lovely and quite area, about a minute walk to the beach. Couple of restaurants nearby. Very friendly people.
