I spent two nights in this wonderful place on the river bank, the rooms are beautiful and clean and the yard has fruit trees and plantings and a terrace overlooking the river. The breakfast is made with their own products and is delicious. The owners are nice and caring. I really recommend it.

Everything was great, excellent breakfast, but above all, the owner was helpful and smiling. We didn't have better accommodation anywhere else in Armenia. There is also a great restaurant just a short walk away.

Our stay was perfect. The place is new, just like in the photos. The bed is big and comfy, and the air conditioning works great. Beautiful views too. There’s a little spot to sit outside, but also a kitchen and a riverside terrace that’s perfect for having a drink or just relaxing. Easy access, paved road, and with a shop nearby. Nora is a great host. Tasty breakfast. She also gave us some delicious fruit from her garden.

We really enjoyed our stay! The host was very kind and helpful, and we even got to enjoy a nice breakfast made from local produce. The location is relatively easy to reach by car. Would recommend this if you are staying in Areni!

This is a new family-run guest house/hotel that opened just 1-2 months ago. It features 4 rooms, a communal kitchen space, and a beautiful terrace by the river. Everything is new, with well-finished rooms and good bathroom facilities. The hotel is easy to find, and there is parking available in front of the property. Its location is ideal for those interested in exploring the wines of Areni and visiting nearby landmarks such as caves and the Noravank Monastery. The river terrace is the nicest part of the hotel, it is pleasant and refreshing to stay there during a hot day. The hosts are incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any requests. They even welcomed us with fresh fruits from their own garden upon our arrival. We had the option to request dinner on the terrace, and the hosts arranged it for us. The dinner was excellent, a lot of fresh local food, grilled meat, vegetables and wine. Many thanks to the hosts for the wonderful dining experience! The hotel offers a breakfast (included in the room rate), which we equally enjoyed (fresh local food). I can definitely recommend this hotel to the travellers visiting Areni.

This was one of our best stays in Armenia. We booked online and knew very little about the town and the place, and we were 100% positively surprised. The hosts were so hospital it made us emotional. They served fruits from their garden and despite the language barrier we managed to communicate and laugh together. The hotel is by the river and has a beautiful view, and the rooms are new and clean. The breakfast was simply amazing - all the products were local, and it really made us feel like we were having a special, homemade meal. A HUGE thanks to these lovely hosts and wishing them all the best with their business. I really recommend this lovely place!

“Comfortable stay in a beautiful place”

The location is beautiful, under a huge rock and above a river. The host was very friendly, served us delicious breakfast and coffee. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Would like to come back one day.

“Lovely and clean place with great breakfast”

Very clean, comfy beds, only thing the terrace is an outside hallway which was a shame since we were looking for private terrace. Wifi worked a little unsteadily. Service, location and breakfast excellent!

“Good room, good location, excellent hosts”

A brand new BB in the garden on the banks of a small river, with super friendly hosts and the excellent breakfast as you expect in Armenia. The BB was so new it wasn't even fully furnished and the wifi didn't work. They promised to finish the furnishing soon. Trusting their promise, we gave it 10 points.

This hotel was the best accommodation we had in Armenia. I can't fault. Everything was way above my expectations. The breakfast is delicious with a great choice of armenia traditional food. I ate more than I should just because everything was so tasty. All food were home made. The host has an amazing skill to make you feel very welcome. She is the most sweet lady you will ever met. In Areni I highly recommend this hotel. Not mentioning the location which is espetacular. 10 plus for everything

The best accommodation on our trip in Armenia. Great location, nice rooms and especially great and helpful hostess. Excellent breakfast with homemade products. We loved it here.
