Lovelly to stay in a very nice and simple way, by a nice lake in a wooden hut. Very clean and a rural feeling naturally provided by the host, Lovelly Sofia. She will make you feel at home, will help you to grill a barbaque, advice you about the region... and speak Russian ...little English as well. Travel back to the past when things were simple, natural, done with the heart and thinking about your happyness and confort more than about the money. You can also enjoy the visit of wild goats in the evening, see them only 20 meeters away from the hut baranda, enjoy the lake, try the apples, prunes, grapes, etc for free and the company of Ms. Sofia. You will always will want to come back and never leave the place! You find the place outside Areni, after the monastery road, direction to Jarmuk, 1.5 kilomeeters of Areni, just after the main petrol station, with a very shartp turn to the left just before the bend. The place is not marked with signs nor the name!!! At the petrol station there is a small shop where they make excelent adana kebab for lunch and early dinner. Not to miss! In town, in the main road to Yerevan, recommended to eat nice full dinner or lunch at the Areni Tavern, a family business, wine taste place and home made real armenian meals done with heart

Sonya, the host, was amazing. Even with our lack of ability to communicate as we didn't know Armenian or Russian, she made every effort possible. The kids loved jumping in their own personal lake. It's within easy reach of Areni, and we would definitely stay there again. if returning back.

Very nice location, really you feel yourself as close to the nature as possible! Very helpful and hospital host - we could only say "Thank you" to Sonya to an extent we can. And yes - it was possible to swim in the pond in front of the cottage.

great place to leave our things and cycle up to noravank unloaded, sonia is very nice, the bungalow is great, there was only other couple in the next room, i just recomend you dont turn the lights at night too much because the bugs can pass in between the narrow gaps of the mosquito net

The landlady was the most helpful and caring person I have met. Even late at night when we arrived, She greeted us with a caring smile and showed us the facility. It's a really natural and beautiful place. The location is on the road so easily reachable.

Loved this place sooo much ! Cute host who was so welcoming, she made us coffee and sweets. Prepared dinner for us, which was so good. Had such a nice time, walked around the place and there's a lake right behind. It was really nice stay !

Sonya, the owner is really sweet who gave us tea and homemade wine. Close to the cave where you can explore and nearby are two restaurants. Good place if you are passing through
