The hospitality in the purest! We were welcomed by coffee and sweets. Huge breakfast of local foods. The owner speaks english very well and offers wine tasting in the building.

The owners are such lovely and friendly people. We had a very nice time in the evening getting to know each other. The b&b is very nice and perfectly placed in the centre of Areni. Our room was very spacious, bright and well heated. Everything needed for a confortable stay was provided, even a welcome tea. We really felt like being at home, thanks to the owners true armenian hospitality.

Great place, comfortable and clean. Nice host family. You feel at home in the middle of peach trees. They live in the same house but constantly pay attention not to intrude. Great stay.

“Perfect stay!”
The owner, Ani, was super friendly! The room was clean and had everything we needed. It’s in a good position to visit Areni, Noravank and the rest of the region. Ani treat us with sweets (she backed them in the night and made us try them), a delicious breakfast, Apple from her garden and she also made us taste their home made wine! Super!! Highly recommended! Thanks Ani

“The must stay place if you visit Areni.”
The place was easy to find and it had proper signage. It was exactly where the GPS pointed out. If you have not travelled in Armenia, you should know that this is a plus. The hosts were super kind. Although we arrived late at night, they were expecting us and had some local fruits and desserts in order to welcome us. The room had a proper temperature with aircondition and the shower was at the proper temperature as well. They renovating the place so the tavern was closed, but next time we hope to be able to eat there. The breakfast was huge, consisted of local treats. Jams, juice, tea, omelettes. I definitely suggest the place. It was one of the best stayings I had in Armenia and wish to visit again.
