Our stay was truly wonderful. The lodge was one of the quietest and most peaceful places I have ever stayed, and it was perfect for a trip with my mum. The space was beautifully designed, and the way the houses are positioned to capture the best light and views made every day feel magical, no matter the weather. The location was very tranquil but also easy to reach, and everything was ready for us on arrival, which was very much appreciated. The lodge was spotlessly clean, the facilities were excellent, and we had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

“Stunning location”

Beautiful location away from the main road. We slept listening to the stream that runs past the property. There is an added bonus of being able to go on walks directly from your front door. If you want to see the glaciers, there are a few that are about 1hr 30 mins drive from here (highly recommended)

We really enjoyed that it was free to use the rowing boats to go on the lake. The view from the cottage was very nice and the hiking route started from the backyard of the cottage.

Stunning cabin in a beautiful rural location. Well equipped for family / group stay. Very friendly and helpful owner who lives locally. Owner offered us use of his rowing boat on nearby lake. Excellent Wi-Fi. Plenty of information in cabin about local area and suggested hikes. Nice terrace with a BBQ. You can walk out of the back gate of the property onto the mountain. Peaceful out-of-the way setting in the woods.

It is a very cozy rustic cabin in the middle of the forest with a large covered terrace with good views. Very well equipped, it has every last detail to make your stay easy and pleasant.

Fantastic location and views. Well equipped, nicely decorated, comfortable accomodation. Living area opens onto a good-sized veranda, a good place to relax and take in the view. Modern beds, with good quality duvets and pillows. Love this place!
