“Terrible place”

I booked a place close to my house, but then it turned out that the location advertised was not the correct location. Instead it was next to the train track where the building is shaking every time a train passes by. There is a staircase which is not fully lit.It is very dangerous. My parents stayed there and because of poor lighting my father almost fell off the stairs twice. My father was too stubborn to change location after, but I would not recommend this place.

Apartment was on two floors and there was only the air conditioning open at second floor, so the apartment remained very cold at the first, because normal heating was not activated there.

Very clean apartment in a quiet location. There is even a washing machine and dishwasher.

I liked their prompt response ... The apartments were clean and fully equipped ... With few downsides ...

Lovely easy 20 min walk from town centre. Great kitchen. Great shower. Very quiet at night. Close to good supermarkets. Having keyless entry was great. Location is the best thing for me.

We all were impressed by design and combination of old and modern style.

I liked the size and look. Everything else was unluckyly bad . The appartment was new .we were the first .but unfortunately the place was still not ready for people.I need my money back but still no any response from them.

Apartment was good condition, the bed was comfortable. Close to Milan and surrounding cities. There was fridge and microwave! Parking close to the apartment.

Friendly staff, nice rooms.

The rooms are good, spacious and well equipped. The parking a bit private so thats nice and safe.

Staff is very nice and helpful. We were in touch over WhatsApp before the arrival.

“I could'n spend the night because they can't manage a check-in after 22:00 for ANY reason”

Due to my wife's medical issue, that I realized the day before, I was in difficulty to spend the night in the place, I called about 3 times the day before and wrote an e-mail. A lady called me back in the evening, I explained my situation and she told me it was unlikely I could receive a refund (in the past I made a similar request to another Hotel and they accepted, but I understand Conte Durini's point), and she would call me back after talking with the manager for confirmation, that evening or next morning . She didn't call me back and sent me directly a wup the day after (arrival's day) to know my hour of arrival. I asked news and she answered that no kind of refund was possible. She told that I had to contact Booking, I did, Booking called them and they said that they didn't accept any refund, so for this me and a kind guy in Booking lost 30 mins for nothing. I then texted to the lady (she didn't answer the phone) that I could manage leaving home late in the evening and be there at about 1a.m. in the morning, so I asked how to manage a late check-in, she said that only 14:00-22:00 check-in is allowed so they couldn't manage my late arrival 3 hours later (at about 1 in the morning). When I asked, if my car broke and I arrived after 22:00? I would stay outside? The answer was positive, because that's the rule. Only later I saw that with an extra of €20 it's possible a late check-in till 24:00, but she didn't mention. I completely understand that they don't accept a refund, even though it would have been kind to propose at least a 20-30% refund or something like this, but I don't understand their point. What I don't completely understand is being so strict with the check-in, I mean, you should consider having a back-up hotel for any problem you could have because they're extremely rigid and that's not acceptable for me.

“Filled a purpose but would particularly recommend this property.”

It fulfilled a purpose as we needed to be close to Monza for a gig however I cannot imagine why anyone else would want to stay here unless they had a similar purpose. The room itself was fine but the place is out on a limb without any facilities or attractions and it was located in a residential block which was a big run down. The admin staff were good.

Quiet neighbourhood, free parking available, big and spatious appartment with nice balcony.
