If you are - right now - going through booking.com adverts for a villa on Madeira and you have difficulties to make up your mind: stop the struggle and just book this villa. You will not regret it!

We stayed here as a large group of 10 people, and it was fantastic. The villa is very spacious and well-equipped, especially the kitchen — everything is thought out to the smallest detail, and you'll find literally everything you need for cooking. The terrace barbecue area is wonderful, and there is a beautiful fireplace in the large hall. As for the ocean views, they are simply breathtaking! We had a wonderful time and are truly grateful to the hosts and the team for making our stay so comfortable.

“Luxury well appointed house”

Loved the space, very well appointed, clearly lots of thought has gone into this property. Very clean, quick efficient communication from the host, luxury bedding and very comfortable beds. I needed to change one of the beds mid week and they arrived with clean bedding - the mattress was well protected, appeared new and pristine. They clearly take good care of the furniture. Great laundry space to use as needed. Pool and pool toys were very clean and enjoyed by kids. Adults loved having the sun loungers.

Great house. Just as nice as the pictures show. We were there as a family of 10 people. Pool area is great with lounge chairs and sofas. Beautiful view and sunset over the sea. There is an outside barbecue and pizza oven, which we used. Great. The house is very spacy, kitchen very well equiped. There is a dining table inside and one outside under a porch. We really enjoyed the outside one. Upstairs there are 5 bedrooms. 4 of them has doubblebed, one has two single beds. Two of them has their own toilet and shower. There are 5 toilets and showers in total in the house. Best to have a car when staying here. Great location for exploring the island. You can reach all parts of the island within one hour. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

“Holiday oasis exceeding all expectations”

We have traveled a lot, but this villa really exceeded our expectations - at a fair price. Beautiful location with wonderful views to the ocean and the mountains. Spotlessly clean especially given the large size of house and garden. Except from A/C (the lack of which is clearly advertised), all amenities are there, including a fantastically equipped kitchen (finally a house with enough plates, glasses, pots, pans and cuttlery!), a bbq & wood-fired pizza oven, all types of kitchen machines, a washer and dryer, sufficient and comfy towels, swimming towels, robes & slippers, etc. The pool is nice-size and clean, the garden very well-maintained. Several spaces to hang out, lounge and relax, with dozens of comfy cushions. Special shout-out to the beautiful, comfortable outdoor eating space. Beds and pillows are AMAZING, and during the night there's a nice, cooling breeze. Bathrooms, although a tiny bit outdated, are clean and comfortable with enough water pressure. Nice sound system. We were welcomed like nowhere else: we could drop off our luggage before check-in time, there was a welcome basket and even fresh flowers! Communication throughout was swift and friendly, we signaled a minor issue and it was picked up immediately. This house is truly managed and maintained at highest standards. Congratulations to the team! If you are looking for a relaxing holiday with a large size group (we were 8p), don't hesitate to book this house.

The property is designed & maintained at a very high standard. The owners clearly invested in quality furnishings to ensure holidays makers have the best experience. In particular, the finer details, such as bed linen, pool area, bbq & entertainment area / sound system made our stay 10/10. So much room in the property, very spacious, including sofas, dining areas (3)!! Extra chill out zone upstairs. 4 Bedrooms are huge, each room has access to the balcony. One room my husband and I took (purposely away from our grown up children) was peaceful & had beautiful Mountain View. To note, additionally, our children loved the sound system, my husband and I chilled out in our room, once the bedroom door is closed you could barely hear anything. Excellent location. Local shop nearby, extremely peaceful, easy to park. Decor & garden are extremely well kept & attention to detail is beyond expectation. Plenty of lounges by the pool. I could not have wished for a better present for my son’s 21st Birthday. Thank you so much to the host Lily & the cleaning & maintenance team, I did not get the lady’s name but she did everything to make sure we walked into a dream holiday home.

We rented the villa for a company of 10 women and two children. It was an amazing experience. Comfortable villa, with stunning views, very comfortable beds, everything in this house spoke of aesthetics and beauty. Very quick responses from the villa hostess, all our requests we could talk through and get a solution. We would be very happy to return to this villa.

The Villa exceeded our expectations. Much bigger, and luxurious than what the photos on Booking showed. The bedrooms were very large, well-appointed and had the very best of mattresses and linen. A pure pleasure which led to the best sleeps, night after night. The kitchen was excellently equipped and there is a lovely pool and outside area with amazing views over the hills and sea. Communication with Lily, the owner, was perfect.

A spacious, bright, and clean villa featuring a wonderful view of the ocean, a pool, a cozy barbecue area, and a fireplace. A friendly cat visits the villa, adding to the homely atmosphere.

We stayed at the villa for five days and didn’t want to leave. It offered much space, large meal tables, spacious bedrooms, luxurious beds and mattresses, and a fully equipped kitchen.

The villa is quite well maintained and there are plenty of utensils in the kitchen to prepare any food, plus the washmachine, dishwasher etc., really nice sound system in the walls, although it’s already fairly used and the speakers could be replaced to actually enjoy the sound
