An amazing apartment with a really beautiful view. The large rooms and big balconies make this a special place. The hosts are very welcoming and soon felt like friends. As other reviewers have said, this is a 10/10 stay!

Excellent location at the top of a cliff, with a breathtaking view of the town and unforgettable sunsets. There is private parking on flat ground, and getting there is easy thanks to the clear photos showing exactly where to turn off the main road. The road all the way to the property is wide and easy to drive, even though it goes uphill. Only the last 20 metres after the turn are a bit steep downhill with a 90-degree left turn into a narrow section, but it leads straight onto the flat parking area and is perfectly manageable. The property is located at the end of a dead-end street, so there is very little traffic and plenty of peace. The apartment is spotless, comfortable and very cosy, with both heating and cooling depending on what you need. The kitchen is spacious, very well equipped, with basic spices provided and a capsule coffee machine. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 kitchen plus two balconies and a large terrace, with access to the garden. The beds are comfortable (although I would prefer a softer pillow), and the bathroom is large, with excellent water pressure in the shower, as well as a washing machine and laundry supplies. Our hosts, Maria and Albertino, were wonderfully friendly, helpful and always smiling. They made us feel truly welcome from the moment we arrived. It was easy to get in touch with them at first via Booking, and then through WhatsApp. Right next door you’ll find the Madeira Paragliding centre – highly recommended if you want to admire the landscape from a bird’s-eye view. Just walk over after 11:00. This place is genuinely incredible, and we would love to return. Highly recommended!

The house was simply perfect! It had a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room with a billiard table and a comfortable sofa, a large bathroom with a shower, washing machine, and bidet, and three cozy bedrooms. There were also two wonderful balconies with breathtaking views of the ocean and the mountains — we were literally above the clouds! You can even grill on the balcony. The location is very convenient, and the hosts are amazing — friendly and welcoming. They recommended the best places to buy groceries and where to eat delicious food. They also treated us to delicious fruits from their own garden. Everything was just wonderful. It’s truly the best place you want to come back to again and again!

Super host’s with a beautiful home 😍 That penthouse, what we rented, was so spacious. That sunset view from balcony was priceless 👌Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. Definitely we recommend this place 🙂

Very clean, big and comfy apartment. Beautiful view for ocean. Great billard. Comfy beds and big 3 rooms. You need a car but it's very close to Sao Vincente, PR16, PR13, PR6 and other levadas/veredas. Amazing banana route nearby. Host is very helpful and friendly. 100% recommend.

- amazing property at potentially one of the best locations in Madeira - a bedroom with an ocean view - welcoming and warm-hearted owners - fully equipped kitchen, allowing you to cook whatever you like - barbecue on the balcony next to the kitchen where you can have your best sunsets - linens and beds are great and mega comfortable - a lot of space for everyone - all facilities are new / in a good condition

I was traveling with my two friends and to be honest we liked everything. Especially the hosts , they are sooooo nice and kind, they helped us a lot. there are two balconies and the view is incredible and breathtaking from both of them. three bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen with facilities, living room with billiards , couch, TV (we didn’t even turn it on tho), a table, mirror, idk, everything that you may need. especially we liked the balcony with a table and view to the ocean, we would have our breakfasts and dinners only there. probably my favorite place in the house. it’s a floor, by the way. you are booking the whole third floor. so, we loved the accommodation, one of the best things that happened to us in Madeira. thank you so much Albertino and Conceição ❤️❤️❤️

We were warmly welcomed by the owners, Conceição and Albertino. The appartment is very spacious and very well equipped. The billiard game was certainly a plus during rainy day.

Great view over Calheta, very friendly hosts, huge space inside of the apartment with 3 sleeping rooms even including a pool table. Very suitable for a big family or a group of friends traveling. The cherry on the cake is the paragliding landing spot in front of the balcony enabling amazing pictures and moments.
