“Great location for a few days in the Cretan countryside!”

Archanes is a charming village and this hotel compliments it well - cozy, charming, and quiet, with very nice staff.

The suites are incredibly well-designed—truly beautiful. They are conveniently located just a short walk from the town center of this charming village. The host, Eirini, was exceptionally kind and welcomed us with traditional Cretan croutons drizzled with olive oil and sprinkled with salt, along with a glass of raki. She also provided many helpful tips for our travels. Breakfast, served in the courtyard, was absolutely delicious. Our daughter is visiting Crete in the autumn, and we will definitely recommend that she stays in this lovely place.

“Inotropes - A Cosy and Pleasant Experience”

We had a very good time at Inotropes Suites. An amazing hotel at the heart of Archanes Village. The suite is exactly as shown in the photos. It had a fireplace that we were allowed to use (we didn't though) and we were also offered a bottle of wine as a welcome gift. The staff was very friendly and didn't decline any of our requests. The suite provided plenty of amenities so it quickly felt like home. If you are looking to stay near Heraklion and have a pleasant experience you should definitely consider Inotropes Boutique Suites.

“Unhealthy room with mold, no stay at all.”

The room we were assigned was unhealthy and unfit for accommodation. There was visible mold on the walls and ceiling, high humidity, and an overall neglected condition. For health reasons, we did not stay even one night and left immediately. The solution offered by the hotel was to stay in another room for only one night, despite having a two-night reservation, and then return to the original room after it would be “cleaned with chemicals.” This is not an acceptable solution when mold is involved. Despite the fact that we did not use the reservation at all, we were informed that only one night would be refunded. Before posting this review, we contacted hotel management by email to seek a resolution, but our message was ignored. This lack of response was particularly disappointing and reflects poor customer care. I would not recommend this property under any circumstances, especially to guests with health concerns.

“A very nice place to stay. An ambiance that you don't often encounter at fairly small accommodations.”

What a great ambiance. You don't come across this very often. Very nice materials were used in setting up this complex. We had the room 'Elias' with the upper floor where the bed is. This is just a bit inconvenient when you have to go to the toilet at night. The bathroom was also very nice and pleasant. A nice shower. We also love the soap products from 'Zealots of Nature'. We have used the kitchen little but seemed complete. The coffee cups were refilled every day. The lady who arranged everything on the complex was fantastic! Breakfast is served at the apartment and was delicious. We were there for several days and for this reason we missed some variety. There is a private parking lot near the complex if you come here by car. The location is also very quiet. Within walking distance you have restaurants, bakery and supermarket.

A hidden gem in the center of a village. The private veranda was a true oasis. There was a complementary wine bottle, the room is packed of every thing you could need!

“Lovely stay in Archanes”

We had a lovely stay in this hotel. It is perfect for a stopover in Archanes for one or two nights. The staff was very friendly and attentive and the breakfast that is proposed as an option is really worth it. The hotel is a few minutes distance from the city center which makes it really convenient with a private parking available.

Friendly helpful staff. Complimentary bottle of good wine and fruit in the room. Good breakfast. Convenient to drive to from the airport and we used the local bus to visit Heraklion and Knossos.

Elegantly restored old property in central Archanes. Walking distance to entire town. Beautiful and very modern renovation with excellent A/C and bathroom facilities. Very good breakfast and friendly helpful staff who all speak English quite well.
