Chalet des Neiges : Arolles offers direct access to the ski slopes in the heart of Arc 2000. You can relax in the sauna, use the fitness room or go for a swim in the indoor swimming pool. The apartments at Chalet des Neiges combine a contemporary and mountain style. Each one is complete with a TV, while some also have a fireplace in the lounge and a private balcony. “Excellent week with superb snow for skiing. Location of apartment was amazing.”
It was really useful being able to order Bread and Pastries for breakfast the day before and collect form the Reception area each morning. The staff were really helpful throughout our stay. the location was superb right next to the drag lift (about 10 meters) to the main runs.

Size of apartment was good with plenty of space for our belongings and for use all to be together. Variety of showers and baths made it good. Indoor pool a nice touch. Lovely hot water in showers. Big ski room for all our skis

Spacious apartment with proper bedrooms for everyone and sheets for the beds. Not true of everywhere in Les Arcs. Nice small pool, super friendly staff, ski in/out and good value fresh bread for breakfast.

Great setup, well equipped, cosey apartment, with ski shop on one side and cafe restaurant on the other. Pool.table in the reception and swimming pool,.steam room in the building.

Fairly modern building. Friendly reception staff. Kitchen was reasonably well equipped but dark - furthest away from the window and only one small electric light.

We stayed with large group of friends. The appartment was basic, but ok. Everything we needed was there, it was clean, and spacious. Staff were friendly and helpful. It was reasonably close to the slopes, almost ski-in, for ski-out you needed 50 meter walk and an elevator.

Location was good - very handy for the button to the ski area. Plenty of family friendly restaurants, bars and shops for self catering. ESF ski school very convenient including getting passes boots and ski's etc...

The apartment was fantastic. Huge so plenty of space for our family of five to relax, great kitchen area and all beautifully clean and well equipped. The staff at Reception were incredibly patient and helpful. Directly opposite the lift to the slopes. We loved it!

Location inside Arcs 2000 is ok. Staff is friendly & tries to be helpful. Nice view. Pastery/bread delivery morning service. Skiing in Les Arcs2000/1950 is always top!
