With just a few exceptions the staff was extremely efficient and helpful

We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The location is excellent – convenient and beautiful surroundings. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. We truly felt well taken care of. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Everything felt tidy and thoughtfully prepared. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was relaxing and enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this hotel for its location, cleanliness, and outstanding service.

The staff are fantastic, so helpful and accommodating. The hotel itself is beautiful, so clean, and comfortable. Great choice of food for breakfast. The location is perfect, great place to set off for the day. The ski shop attached to the hotel is also fabulous, the staff are really friendly and helpful. This is genuinely my favourite hotel and I’ve done quite a lot of traveling.

everyone was very helpful at reception when we arrived, we appreciated that, you can get to arc 1950 in 2 min by cabin lift that is next door to the hotel when you want more restaurants or shops 😉

Location we knew was fabulous. Ski room was non existent which was the best bit - we just went to the shop and they sorted everything with a smile - skis were outside ready. Food was ok, especially breakfast (bacon was a little undercooked for me), L'atelier was great for raclette but pasta was a bit average! Didn't eat in formal restaurant. Views, balcony etc amazing and spa was lovely.

Taj I Mar is an exceptional hotel that comfortably exceeded expectation: Rooms were a great design (we had one over 2 floors with living below and included a huge area for storing and drying all our ski clothes). A view directly over the runs and mountains with a balcony, added to the overall appeal. Their ski shop gave fantastic service, looked after our skis and dried and warmed our boots each night. Add a spa, a pool, jacuzzi etc, and there wasn't much more we could have wished for. Considering what we got, it was really good value too. Rare for me to give top marks, but this deserved it.

Everything from the moment we walked in, amazing place. Was so nice, warm & cosy at all times, literally home away from home. Would recommend it to anyone, first time visiting the alps and even skiing it didnt fail to amaze me, certainly will be coming back.
