The location is great to access the slopes. The food and drink in the evening are plentiful and tasty. The staff are friendly. The room had a beautiful view.

Food, communal areas and location all excellent. Great value for money. If you accept this is a modest priced hotel you won’t be disappointed. But don’t pay 2* and expect 5* polished facilities. Go and enjoy some really nice food close to the slopes.

Everything was good overall. The breakfast and dinner met our needs. Before arriving, I read many reviews, and I found that some of them were a little exaggerated. I understand that some guests may have paid much more than we did for a spring ski holiday, so they may have had higher expectations. Overall, we had an enjoyable and worthwhile stay.

“Budget hotel in a great location”

Great location in an amazing ski resort with great snow condition and pistes. The hotel, facilities, service etc. is acceptable but nothing more. It doesn't matter to me as I stayed there for its location in the Les Arc ski area. From my perspective, it's great value for the money. Someone who doesn't just travel there to ski, it would probably be disappointing as a hotel.

Very friendly staff, great location for easy access skiing, generous amounts of food which whilst not perfect they’ve made an effort with and very good value relative to all other Les Arcs options.

It’s basic but clean, well located, food is pretty good and staff are really friendly. If you get the ski passes included it is UNBELIEVABLY good value! I’ve been with the kids before and it’s perfect for families. Went this time just with my partner and she wasn’t so keen - meal times can be a bit chaotic/noisy.

Staff are really friendly and helpful. Big shout out to Hugo on reception. Rooms were clean and comfortable, had a decent night's sleep each night. Bathroom clean and lots of hot water. Meal time, so much choice, good hearty food and plenty of it. Fantastic location, ski in and out. Finally, free lift pass for whole of Paradiski as part of the deal. Incredibly good value and would definitely come again.
