“Lovely place to stay”

An amazing location, ski in and out. Apartment was a good size, well furnished and clean. Its located in Arc 1950 which was a lovely resort to stay in.

Staying in Arc 1950 has been a dream since I first skied through it a few years ago....Arnaud's apartment has made this a reality! It is a beautiful place, perfectly fitted out so that it is smart and functional but also feels welcoming, cosy and relaxed. I was worried that the sofa bed would not be big enough for two large teenagers, but it was fine....just like a double bed. Everything was clean, comfy and well presented. Host provided concise but thorough information and responded quickly to any queries. Skiing from here could not be easier: walk out the room....a few steps to the lift down to the ground....then a few more steps to the heated boot room with your own locker (fitting 4 sets of skis & boots). Plus from the balcony you can see how busy it is before heading down! Access to onsite spa & gym was great. Didn't use gym but newly refurbished sauna and steam room were fab. Large indoor jacuzzi + decent outdoor (heated) pool - not long enough to do serious lengths but stunning views of mountains and sunset. Various ski hire options in village, great bakery open good hours, and decent, well stocked Carrefour all within a 5min walk. Lively little village with plenty going on and options for all ages. Recommend booking underground parking space in advance with Effia. Spaces under the various accoms in the village - just follow the signs. Chalet de Lys (the block housing this apartment) only has about 6-8 bays near its lift but if you don't get a space there on arrival, it's worth checking throughout your stay for cars leaving (bays a little tight for large modern SUVs but still doable). Overall, a magical experience and can't wait to be back there again :)

“Great apartment in French Alps”

We had a great time at the ski resort and the apartment, and I definitely recommend it. The location cannot be better: the slope for the chairlift starts a few meters away from the ski room, which is really good. The apartment itself is very nice, it has lots of cute decoration details that make you feel at home. It was also very clean and it has everything that is needed for the stay (including enough cutlery, dishes and cooking equipment, etc.). We were a group of 3 people, and the size of the apartment is good for 2-4 people. The communication with the host was always very easy, he was always very helpful and supportive and answered really fast. Thanks for a good vacation!

Location is superb, ski from the door, car park two floors below. Being a corner apartment it has double aspect and a large balcony. We have stayed in Arc 1950 eleven times over the last 20 years and this is a lovely little apartment. It is exactly as it looks in the pictures, no surprises. The sofa bed is a proper sprung one and very comfortable. The only thing missing in the kitchen is an oven but there is a microwave with a grill. Excellent communication from owner Arnaud. Nice big ski locker.

Excellent apartments in a cozy village. Sparkling clean - everything is new and fresh. Well equipped kitchen with all necessary kitchen appliances - microwave combined with grill, dishwasher, toaster, nespresso coffee maker, teapot, fridge and stovetop. Very comfortable beds - good rest after long ski days. Perfect location in center of village with ski-in/ski-out. Quick and easy check-in. EFFIA parking located under the whole village and provide direct access to the apartment building (should be booked separately at EFFIA web. Arnaud is a nice host, always available by messages or phone.
