Very comfortable hotel, loved having the bigger family room with a balcony and space to sit (view of the pistes). Had an issue with the water running but the staff were very friendly and resolved it. Very tasty buffet food in mornings and evenings. Handy ski room close to end of piste, and lovely hot tubs and sauna to rest.

It is a lovely hotel in an excellent location. The food was very good, with a variety of options everyday, it was truly exceptional. The spa is perfect and we used the sauna and hot tub every evening. The staff were attentive and professional, always happy to help. I would recommend this hotel to families and couples for a truly special experience. It takes all the hard work out of skiing and you will have a wonderful time.

The hotel front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. When we encountered an issue with the safe in our room, they quickly resolved it for us. The hotel room was comfortable and clean, and the staff responsible for housekeeping cleaned the room meticulously every day. The restaurant offered breakfast and dinner in a buffet style, with different main courses every night. Every waiter in the restaurant was very enthusiastic and friendly, warmly serving the guests with a smile. There was also an adorable dog that made an appearance every morning, inspecting the restaurant's operations.

Brilliant location, very central in 1600 with bars, supermarket, tourist info, snack shack and creperie on the doorstep. 5mins walk to the funicular and bus stop. On the edges of the slopes. Breakfast was excellent - such a great spread:-) Hot tub and sauna on the outside deck- with the amazing views - fabulous!

A very cosy family and dog friendly hotel, conveniently located for funicular arrival from Bourg Saint Maurice and near the ski slopes. Spa area with jacussi and sauna outside is a bonus. A great session with an osteopath. Good choice of food for breakfast. Convenient ski lockers. Very welcoming staff overall. Charming mountain view from the balcony.

Small, quirky room layout however, it was extremely comfortable and all facilities available. Both the receptionist and Maitre’d were extremely welcoming and friendly and made my short stay pleasant.

Wonderful place! We stayed for 1 night with breakfast and evening meal and use of the spa included in the price. For dinner we had a 3 course meal and could choose anything from the menu. We had trout tarter starter, steak, followed by tart - all delicious! Buffet breakfast with great choice - again very delicious. The hotel has been newly renovated in a fun, quirky style. The rooms & bed was very comfortable. The spa overlooked the mountains and we could stay in the spa as long as we wanted after check out ( which was a real bonus due to us only staying for 1 night) There was storage for our bikes. The staff were very friendly. Lovely guy serving our evening meal. Reception staff were great. We will definitely be back!

The Location could not be better within a structure that extends to numerous shops,restaurants, ski hire etc. Right next to slopes and three lifts. The building is of architectural interest. The rooms towards luxury and interesting in design. Bit like 'Rocky pop' if you know them. The communal areas are large and comfortable. The breakfast really varied and exceptional. Parking is free. Staff are really helpful. I did not eat in the evening. On the back of giving two one star reviews for pretentious uk small plates restaurants l am really pleased to give positive feedback!!

La Chacette is a great choice for a ski getaway, conveniently located just minutes from the slopes. The ski shop connected to the hotel makes renting equipment hassle-free, and with the ski pass collection nearby, everything is set up for a smooth skiing experience. The rooms are spacious, with beautiful views from the balcony, adding to the overall comfort of the stay. The spa is a highlight, especially the outdoor hot tub and sauna, perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes. Breakfast is also excellent, offering a great buffet selection to start the day right. Overall, despite the service issues, we had a great stay and would return!

The hotel staff was very positive and polite. It is very nice to have a spa area, hot pool and sauna. Breakfast and dinner were sufficient. My only negative opinion about the hotel is that the rooms are very small and the room heaters are inadequate. A useless room for a ski hotel.

Odd but interesting hotel in rather love-it-or-hate it 60s (?) style. Comfortable bed. Quiet. Accommodating staff.

The location was great for the slopes, and the room was big and clean. Staff were fantastic and nothing was too much trouble. Having the spa included in the room price was a bonus and helped relieve the muscles after a long day riding. Breakfast was excellent, full hot selection and cold. Would definitely recommend it.
