Superb private little country house in the centre of a very touristy village. We were delighted with the house it was everything we needed, and the village of Arbanase and nearby town Veliko Tarnevo are both beautiful and full of history. The host was extremely helpful and a really nice guy. We would go back without hesitation.

A very nice location in Arbanasi. We had beautiful days visiting tradițional placea în Arbanasi and Veliko Tîrnovo. We liked the renewed tradițional home of the owner Iordan, a very friendly person. A wonderful stay in a spacious house with a large yard, perfect for relaxation. The host was incredibly kind and welcoming. I can only imagine how beautiful it must be in the summer with all the flowers in bloom - I’d love to return and see it!

The garden was absolutely perfect, with a lot of roses and a lot of grass that was cut and cared for, even a turtle, there is also a hammock, a table under a vine, and another table with chairs. There are also some very cute pigeons that are not noisy at all. If you are interested in a place with a lot of peace and where no one bothers you, this is the perfect place. We wanted to enjoy the fresh air and sit in the yard and we had plenty. The house is not modernly furnished. On the other hand, the furniture is old style, all are very outdated, ridiculous pictures on the walls, but none of these things were important because the house is very clean and looks exactly like in the pictures. If I had to choose between a room at a luxury hotel there and this location, I would choose it again because we felt very comfortable. I have been in the past years and stayed at Hotel Izvora and another time I stayed at Arbanaski Han, but here we were alone and I liked that very much, my dog could run around the yard, and we had silence. Check-in was very easy, the host communicated quickly and was very nice and kind. The location is close to the center of the village (however, the village is small, very quiet). I would love to go there again and teleworking for a week in that beautiful courtyard!

The place is simple, quiet and private and has everything you need, with a lovely garden. Location is great, Arbanasi is a tourist village and there's a couple of things to do there and Veliko and other places are all close by. Parking in the drive was handy, and Iordana was very friendly and helpful.
