Overview
Located in the centre of the spa town of Arandjelovac, this luxurious 5-star hotel is next to Bukovicka Park. It features a large spa area with indoor and outdoor pools. An aqua park is also on site. “A great place with some hiccups”
The hotel is located in a beautiful town facing a park. We were warmly greeted by Jelena, a wonderful receptionist. All the staff in the hotel were smiling and welcoming leaving good impression. The food was varied and abundant for breakfast and dinner, however some dishes were extremely salty. We used the spa which was amazing (probably the best thing about this hotel). We also played tennis at their courts and it was enjoyable.

“Very beautiful, delicious, and interesting!”
We really liked the hotel. There is a huge number of activities and many ways to spend your time differently. It is perfect for families; the hotel is very child-friendly, with playgrounds, playrooms, and a great park nearby. The spa is simply wonderful - very beautiful and spacious, and the variety of pools was especially impressive. The food at breakfast and dinner was extremely diverse, the dinners were always different. We are very satisfied and will definitely come again.

Reception staff is not kind and not experiences. For all questions answer is no. They even do not try to support .Customer care is very poor comaring to my previous visits.
