We celebrated New Year in this house and were extremely disappointed with the provided conditions. Many things did not match what we were promised. 1. Lack of promised amenities: There was no gym or foosball table as shown in the photos. Access to some rooms was restricted. For 12 people, only 11 beds were provided, which caused inconvenience and even led to a conflict with the host. 2. Internet issues: On the first night, the Wi-Fi was not working, and we had to use our mobile internet. This was particularly important as the children needed internet access. As a result, a significant amount of mobile data was used, costing us approximately €100. 3. Heating problems: The house was very cold, and we had to rely on the fireplace. However, the firewood had to be purchased from the host for €10, and it was of poor quality and insufficient quantity. 4. Noise restrictions: The host asked us to keep quiet after 11 PM, including the children. However, we rented the house specifically to celebrate New Year, allowing the children to have fun and play. 5. Condition of the house and kitchenware Upon arrival, the house had many flies. There were cobwebs with large spiders everywhere, which scared the children. The kitchenware was in poor condition: only one old cutting board, small dull knives, an uncomfortable grater, and no large baking tray for the oven. 6. Condition of the bathrooms: The liquid soap in the bathrooms was diluted with water and of questionable quality. Not all bathroom doors could be locked. For 13 people over three days, only one roll of toilet paper was provided per bathroom, which was entirely insufficient. 7. Cleaning requirements: We removed all the trash, vacuumed, and left the house in good condition. However, the host was dissatisfied and claimed we should have also mopped the floors, even though the listing did not mention any mandatory cleaning requirements.
